It begins with a site assessment and system inspection to identify the risks. A risk assessment report is produced following the site visit, which includes a prioritised action plan to reduce or manage the risks, inspection records, an asset register, photos of equipment/areas of concern and a schematic drawing of the system. All fully compliant with HSE ACOP L8 and the British Standard on Legionella Risk Assessments: BS8580-1.
